To remain on the cutting edge of industry technology, Earth Basics Contracting began to implement Global Positioning Systems in the late 90′s. Our Emphasis was on utilization of machine control and rovers for mass & fine grading operations. Today the application is full force to include all projects being integrated into GPS use. This enables us to electronically transfer information from
the office (project engineer) to the field in ‘real time‘. One of the most cost effective strategies is site balance and at Earth Basics we understand what it takes to balance a site. This information has taken us to higher levels of “value engineering.” Our clients can commend the benefits when we are looking through project documents before, during and after the site has been developed.
